Who we are

Pixel Kitty Studio is a small web studio in Medford, Oregon. “We” and “us” on this page mean us; “you” means the business we make a website for.

The free preview

We design a preview of your new website before you pay anything. It’s free and you’re under no obligation: if it’s not for you, you owe nothing and we take it down. Ask for as many changes to the preview as you like before you decide.

Prices

• Single page: $499, paid once.
• Multi-page: $999, paid once.
• Custom: priced for your project, agreed with you in writing before we start.

You pay through Stripe’s secure checkout. The site itself is a one-time price, not a subscription.

Launch

Your site is live within 7 days of buying. The 7 days start once we have what we need to launch, like a login for your web address. If we’re waiting on something, we’ll tell you.

30 days of free fixes

For 30 days after launch, if anything isn’t working the way we showed you, we fix it free. New pages, new features or a different design aren’t fixes; ask and we’ll quote.

Refunds

Changed your mind before we launch? Full refund. After launch, the 30 days of free fixes apply.

The care plan (optional)

$29 a month. We keep your site online (hosting, the security certificate and backups) and make small text and photo changes when you ask. You can cancel anytime by emailing us; you won’t be billed again, and we hand you your site’s files.

Without the care plan, we hand you your site’s files once it’s launched, to host wherever you like.

Who owns what

• Once you’ve paid, the website’s files are yours to keep, change or move. No lock-in.
• Your words, photos, logo and business details stay yours. You let us use them to build and run your site, and you confirm you have the right to use what you send us.
• Some photos and fonts come from free libraries under their own licenses. You can keep using them on your site.

What’s not included

• Your web address (domain) itself: it’s billed by whoever you register it with. We help you set it up.
• Your email, and services like Toast, Square, Vagaro or OpenTable: we connect them, but their fees and how they run are theirs.
• Online ordering, booking, a shop or a members area, unless they’re part of a Custom quote.
• Changes after the first 30 days without the care plan: just ask and we’ll quote.
• A guaranteed spot on Google. We set up the basics search engines look for, but nobody can promise a ranking.

If something goes wrong

Email us and we’ll work it out with you. We reply within one business day.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. The terms you bought under still apply to your purchase.
